TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT
When you place your order a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. Outstanding balances are due 4 weeks before the order is due to be delivered.
We we will not commence work on your order until full payment has been received & cleared.
If you stationery order is last minute and is to be delivered within 4-6 weeks of ordering we will require full payment at the time of ordering.
When you place an order and make payment you are doing so by agreeing to our terms and conditions.
CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
If you decide to cancel your order at any point your 50% deposit is non-refundable.
We will only accept cancellations in writing.
If work has commenced on the order, any work completed over the deposit amount must be paid for.
As we make all of our stationery to order, we will only issue refunds & exchanges if there is a fault found with the stationery and we have received a written request within 7 days of the order being delivered.
PROOFS
When you place your order we will supply you with proof copies of all items of stationery ordered. It is your responsibility to proof read the stationery. Funky Print will not be held responsible for any mistakes that are noticed after the proof has been approved.
Any wording inserts that need to be altered after the proof has been approved will be at an extra cost.
Funky Print will not be held responsible for any copy right permissions that may required for the use of hymns, prayers, readings, etc that are to be used in Order of Service cards. This is the customer's responsibility.
STOCK & DESIGNS
We only accept orders subject to the availability of stock. We will inform you if we are experiencing difficulty with supply of materials. We will do our best to get supply of materials of the same quality.
Each item of stationery is handmade individually, therefore there may be slight variations to each card.
We cannot accept responsibility it a split order is made and we cannot make an exact colour match on card stock, embellishments, etc. We recommend that orders are placed in full when the initial order is made to avoid any variations in colour, etc.
DELIVERY
Delivery costs will be agreed at the time of order.
It is up to the customer to decide if an insured courier service is required.
The postage costs will be emailed to you in a final invoice showing a price breakdown for your complete order.
Funky Print is not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels once they have left our premises.
Funky Print reserves the right to extend timescales if any queries or alteration requests arise.
We will only deliver to customer who have a UK postal address.
All orders are send recorded, therefore a signature is required on receipt. We will notify you of the delivery date and it is upto you to be in to sign for the parcel. Funky Print will not accept responsibility for any delay caused by the courier being unable to deliver the parcel due to them not being in at time of delivery.
Sample requests will be posted by Royal Mail Standard 1st Class Service.
