OVERVIEW
Choosing the perfect invitations and stationery for your wedding is a nice part of the planning process. With there being so many product ranges out and about at the moment it can be quite confusing, so we have put together this guide to let you know what's available and what their purpose is.
Some people decide to have everything from an initial Save the Date Card, right through to matching Thank You Cards, however it's not always necessary, and some people prefer to keep it simple by just having invitations and co-ordinating table stationery such as place cards, menus and table plans.
Invitations & stationery give your guests a sneak preview of what you wedding will be like usually by the style and colour you decide on so it is important to get it right!
STATIONERY PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING DAY
SAVE THE DATE
Most people these days tend to book their wedding quite a while in advance, Save the Date cards are a fab way of notifying your guests that you have booked you wedding, that they will be invited and to keep the date free! This is a nice touch and gives your guests plenty of notice especially if your wedding will be at a popular time of year such as school holidays or Christmas.
WEDDING INVITATIONS
Invitations are usually sent out at least 12 weeks before your wedding day, this gives guests time to make arrangements such as travelling, child minders, outfits, etc. They also let guests know the all important details of your wedding day, such as venues, dates & times. What a lot of people tend to is have a set of invites for their daytime guests and a slightly different set for their evening guests. We offer both daytime & evening invites - daytime invites tend to be a little more extravagant than the evening invites because most people have a high number of evening guests and it can get quite expensive. Whatever daytime invites you choose we can create co-ordinating evening invitations that tie in but are obviously less expensive. Evening invitations will also have different wording that just gives details of the evening reception.
RSVP CARDS
If you would like your guests to respond to your invites quickly, RSVP Cards are a great way to encourage them! It is also a good way to find out any special requirements they may have such as if they require transport, a hotel room or dietary requirements. They sit inside your wedding invitation, we do some really nice 'Pocket Invites' that come with RSVP Cards included in the price. RSVP Cards come complete with an envelope that will have your address printed onto it.
STATIONERY FOR YOUR WEDDING DAY
ORDER OF SERVICE / ORDER OF THE DAY
If you are having a religious ceremony we offer order of service cards, they are a nice tough to welcome your guests to your wedding and let them know what will be happeing throughout the service. Order of the Day cards do pretty much the same job, however these are used if your are having a civil ceremony. the cards can include anything your want such as readings & hymns.
MENUS
Menus give guests the details of the food they will be eating. We can add in other information if you require such as toasts & order of speaches.
PLACE CARDS
Place cards are a handy way to show guests where they will be sitting throughout the meal, this also gives you the opportunity to decide where you want them to sit, so if your aunt doesnt like your friend you can make sure they are not on the same table! They also make the table look beautiful and are a nice keepsake for guests.
TABLE PLANS
Table plans a useful guide for your guests to find out at which table they will be sitting. They tie in beautifully with your other table stationery such as menus, place cards & table numbers as well as looking amazing at the entrance of your reception venue. We can create table plans in all designs and they are available with our without a frame. Table plans are an excellent keepsake and reminder of your special day!
GUEST BOOKS
Guest books are a beautiful day of capturing your guest's thoughts from your wedding day. They are lovely to keep forever and look back on years into your marriage. We can create guest books in all designs!

THANK YOU CARDS
Its is nice to send thank you cards to your guests a token of good will. Thank You Cards can be created in all designs.
